We'd been wondering how the band celebrated 'Join With Us' getting to Number One, so we just called up Richard to ask him. This is
what he said:
"We've actually been celebrating since Thursday when we had our album launch party in Soho. We'd heard by then that we stood a
good chance of being Number One, so it was a pretty amazing party, with all our friends and family there. Then on Friday we were in Dublin, where the Guiness was certainly flowing and on Saturday me and Sophie DJ'd on the main stage at Koko, which was another great night. Yesterday was a rare day off, so it was actually fairly quiet, but we all called each other up when we heard that we'd definitely got the Number One and I ordered a bottle of champagne in the cafe in Hammersmith that I was in. It's been a brilliant few days, really. Thanks to everyone who bought the album. We're all really excited about the rest of the year now."
